Let’s start with the basics:
I wish everyone a Happy New Year!
First of all, make health your number one priority (health is wealth), then go with peace of mind and last (but not least) get out of your comfort zone because this were growth takes place!
Along with the new decade comes the first monthly income report of my P2P Lending Project!
If, by any chance, you found yourself here without having a clue about this Project, please take a look at the following article and then come back:
P2P Lending Income Project by Sterg [Monthly Reports] >
If, on the othere hand, you were waiting for this December report as much as I did grab yourself a mug of coffee and find out how more about the performance of the platforms I have invested.
I am not, by any means, a professional investment consultant and the following are just personal “experiments”.
Keep in mind that, investment = risk!
December 2019 Overview
First month’s Report here we come!
The initial investment capital of 3.206€ has been invested in loans on the following 6 P2P Lending European Platforms:
I have been, already, an active investor in Mintos and Grupeer platforms for a many months so I didn’t have to make any additional deposit.
Quite the opposite, to be honest!
I have withdrawn some money from Mintos in order to invest in some of the new platforms I wanted to include in this project.
The total funds invested in the above-mentioned platforms for this project during December of 2019 was 3.206€.
The total interest returns of the invested capital was 21.87€.
I expect the performance to increase in the upcoming months since 1 month is not an indicative period of time to see the full potential of the investments.
In the following charts, you will see the total monthly interest for each month.
Platform Perfomance Report for December 2019
After getting a glimpse of the bigger picture of December, it’s time to dive deeper and take a look of the performance of each platfrom individually.
Why is that, you ask.
This is going to help me make data-driven decisions about where (and if) should I allocate my investment funds between the different platforms.
It’s a little bit early to come to any conclusion since it’s the first month and we, still, don’t have enough data.
This game is a time-intensive game!
Mintos Performance Report
Off we go with the most famous European P2P Lending platform called Mintos.
As I have already mentioned before, I am active investor in Mintos since the May of 2018.
For that reason, I didn’t have to deposit any money to the platfrom.
On the contrary, I had withdrawn some funds in order to use them as investment capital on the new entries (CrowdEstate, PeerBerry, FastInvest & EstateGuru).
For the needs of this project, I am not including any interest earned before 01.12.2019 in the report.
My invested funds for the month of December 2019 are 1.506€.
506€ of which were invested via Invest & Access while the rest 1.000€ on the Primary Market via the Auto Investing Tool of Mintos.
The total interest yield of December 2019 was 13,02€.
If you want to know more about Mintos, you can read my thorough Review on the platform, the investing strategy I follow along with its performance for the first 10 months of active investing.
Grupeer Performance Report
Next in line is the second platform that I am already an active investor, Grupeer.
I had already invested a capital of 300€ and chose to add 200€ more which makes the total amount invested in Grupeer for December 2019, 500€.
The total interest yield of this month was 4,64€.
EstateGuru Performance Report
For December 2019 I didn’t receive any interest yield.

FastInverst Performance Report
The initial investment capital I have chosen to invest in FastInvest was 300€.
It was invested in short-term loans (with the help of the Auto Investment Tool) and yielded 1.63€ as interest for December of 2019.
Platform’s projection says that the interest will increase in the upcoming months.
CrowdEstate Performance Report
I have chosen to invest a total fund of 200€ in CrowdEstate, the second Real Estate Crowdfunding Platform that participates in this Project.
The capital was invested in the following 2 development projects in the country of Esthonia that provide a annual return of 11%.
By the end of the first month, I have earned a total sum of 0.9€ as interest.
PeerBerry Performance Report
The last (but not least, of course) platform of this Project is PeerBerry, in which I have chosen to invest a total fund of 200€.
This fund was invested in 19 different short-term loans that have a Net-Annual Return of 10.92%.
As it seems, people are paying their loans on time so I’ve earned a total of 1.67€ as interest for the month of December 2019.
This was the first Report of the MoneyMinority P2P Lending Income Project!
